We ship all orders via Royal Mail 48, with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 at checkout. If you need your order quickly, we recommend selecting this faster service.

USA ORDERS

We ship all orders via UPS, ensuring safe and reliable delivery. Shipping times range from 3 to 17 working days, though, in our experience, most orders arrive within a week. Please note that packages may occasionally be held at customs, especially during Black Friday and Christmas, but for personal orders, no duty fees should apply.

We know that shipping to the US can be costly, and we truly appreciate our American customers! To make the most of your order, we recommend ordering in bulk or sharing an order with a friend (if they love handcrafted candles too! 😊). This helps spread the cost and makes your purchase even more worthwhile.

We’re always searching for more affordable shipping options, but for now, UPS remains the fastest and most secure choice for deliveries from the UK to the US.
